PERCH is led by a team that brings together Big 4 training, in-industry leadership experience and
deep specialist credentials - spanning Chartered Accountancy, IBBI Registered Valuers,
Insolvency Professionals and sector veterans from banking and financial services. Our partners
and advisors have worked across India and overseas, in professional practice as well as inside
the businesses they now advise, giving our clients counsel that is both technically sound and
commercially realistic. Every member of the team is expected to stay current, to write and teach,
and to contribute back to the profession - a culture that keeps our advice sharp and our
perspective broad.

This combination of Big 4 rigour and inindustry leadership allows Jatin to bring a pragmatic, business-aware lens to statutory and internal audits, Ind AS conversions, and financial reporting for banks, NBFCs and other regulated entities. He has been a faculty member at professional seminars and workshops, and is an active committee member within the Chartered Accountancy fraternity, contributing to technical discussions and professional development initiatives.
Jatin is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate, with deep experience in Ind AS / IFRS reporting for financial sector entities across India and international jurisdictions.
